Where does the training take place?
Most of our clients are directly from Minneapolis or the surrounding areas. We have various fitness centers that we can train you at.  If you have exercise equipment in your home, maybe personal training in your home may be the answer to reach your goals. 

Will I work with a certified personal trainer?
Yes. Extreme Fitness Makeover only has highly qualified certified personal trainers that have the experience and expertise needed to help your reach your fitness goals.  Just check out the “Extreme Team Trainers“ page for more details about the biographies of our trainers

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course, you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems, and goals. In addition, we can be your advisor.  We can also help detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles.  Plus just the consistency of your workouts doing the right exercises with the right intensity levels in the right way as you see results can be the difference between success and failure as you try to achieve your fitness goals.

How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, We train with our clients two to three times a week.
